KPG has contracted local builder James O'Hanlon Builders Pty Ltd to rebuild and renovate the old Rockhampton Masonic Club at 114 William Street. The work is estimated to take 7 months and the launch of the new upmarket hospitality and accommodation venue is set for September 2019. The property will receive a full makeover inside and out and will be tenanted by a local operator on a long term lease.
