In 2006 there were 500 crossfit gyms worldwide, today there are over 13000. Due to enormous growth over the last 2 years here in Rockhampton the directors of Crossfit CQ have designed this purpose built facility which will take them to the next level and beyond.
One of the first health café’s in Rockhampton the Green Eat has a band of loyal followers which call this trendy little café home. Due to rapid growth over the last 12 months The Green Eat will be moving into Kent and Archer. The café will still have that great relaxed feel as well as providing alfresco dining for its many customers.
